[26 Apr 2003|06:26pm] I'm still very sore from lifting weights the other day. its funny how while using opposing muscle groups in the same workout is best for you.. It also gives you the most pain. For example.. Biceps being in the front of the arm, and triceps being in the back. Biceps bring you hands towards your shoulder, while triceps straighten your arm... So from working my biceps It hurts if I bend my arm. While from working my triceps It hurts if I straighten my arm. The outcome is a painful physical dissonance... it hurts no matter what you do. The same goes for back/chest... It was hard to sleep last night and I constantly rolled over from one side to the other. I found myself trying to sleep on my side but that only hurt m y arms and stretched out my back/chest as well making it painful... good news.. my legs feel great! 2 comments|post comment
